Eyelid Surgery
There are a number of reasons why you might want to consider cosmetic eyelid surgery. You may be concerned that your eyelids are making you look older than you feel. Or, you may have a genetic predisposition that makes you feel self conscious about your eyelids' appearance.
Either way, we can help you - with the two most common types of eyelid surgery.
• Blepharoplasty - This procedure is performed when too much fat has built up in and around your eyelids. Often performed as part of a facelift, Blepharoplasty removes excess fat, skin and muscle from your eyelids. The result is a new, younger looking you.
• Asian Eyelid Surgery - Roughly half of people born of Asian descent have what is sometimes called a "single eyelid." What this means is that there is no visible crease - as is common with Caucasian eyelids. Many people with a single eyelid choose to have surgery to create that crease.
